Clean Express Auto Wash

Took my new black suv here. The automatic brushes scratched through the clear coat of my new SUV and ruined the paint. Had to pay to get it paint corrected. Employees are nice and professional but if you have an issue with anything related to the wash or services, good luck getting any type of reasonable solution because the new employees genuinely do not care. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone if you care about your car/suv/truck especially the paint. Chances are your vehicles paint will be ruined if you look at your car in the sunlight after your first wash.

Today was my first visit, and I had such a great experience! MJ provided exceptional guest service—professional, polite, and efficient the entire time. 👏 It appears I was MJ’s first membership sale too—how awesome is that?! Go MJ! 🥳 Another team member nearby was so encouraging and added to the positive vibe, cheering for MJ, and the gentleman guiding us through the car wash was friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. This is exactly the kind of atmosphere every business should strive for. Huge shoutout to the team for making my first experience so memorable. Honestly, 10 stars! —I’m so glad I signed up!

The man at the drive-up window was friendly & had a nice smile 😃. He is knowledge of the different wash options & made suggestion to do undercarriage. I picked it. He asked if I was a member. I said not here. He asked where?, my tired brain after a 16 hr shift couldn't remember the name (( Mr Magic)) . Long story short I am happy with the wash!! It did a great job!!!

I went to Clean Express Auto Wash in Pittsburgh (South Side) for the first time and had a great experience! The location was easy to find, and the customer service stood out right away. I was greeted by a very sweet woman who explained the different wash packages. Since I went on a Wednesday, their best wash was only $14, and she recommended it as the best value—which I really appreciated. I also noticed the vacuums outside and asked if they were free. To my surprise, they are not only free with a wash, but you can also come back anytime to use them without purchasing a wash. That’s an awesome perk! The wash itself did a solid job—of course, it’s not the same as a full hand wash, but for an automatic car wash I was impressed. When I pulled out, I went straight to the vacuums. They were strong and easy to use, and after a recent beach trip my car cleaned up nicely. On top of that, they gave me a few free dash wipes, an air freshener, and a pamphlet with their membership specials. Overall, I left really happy with the experience. The service, value, and extras made it worthwhile, and I’ll definitely be back!
